SEI (say) joins Vapiano as a new addition to the Penn Quarter dining scene. They look to open soon and are hiring staff as we speak. SEI describes itself as "modern Asian sushi/sake bar & lounge." A mouthful, but I imagine something like Asia 9 with more flair and star power, taking nothing away from Asia 9. Think pan-Asian with a dedicated sushi bar and swank decor.
