The 34th Adams Morgan Day Festival is set for September 9, 2012. The hours are Noon until 7:00PM. With an average attendance around 25,000, AM Day is among the largest neighborhood festivals in the District. As in past years, the route will run along 18th Street NW from Columbia Rd to Florida Ave. In addition to food booths and other vendors along 18th, there are offshoot activity areas such as Arts on Belmont, the Health Pavilion, Kids Area and several stages for music and dance.
The organizers are accepting applications for vendors until this Friday, July 20th. See the AM Day Festival website for application details and paperwork. More details to come as the date approaches.
