Spanish tapas restaurant Madrid opened recently in Dupont at 1714 Connecticut Ave NW. Borderstan previously reported that Italian restaurant Odeon Cafe had planned to make the transition to Madrid earlier this year. Well, they certainly did. Madrid has a pretty simple menu of tapas dishes and paella dishes (sorry, I failed to grab a copy!). There was a decent size vegetarian section, too. The outdoor seating is A+. Good luck Madrid!
