Giving Tuesday: Help Make DC Bars Safer

Mount Pleasant, Adams Morgan, H Street, Anacostia, Capitol Hill, Georgetown, Brookland, Penn Quarter, Southwest... wherever you decide to grab a quick drink after work or dance the whole night away, no one should be made to experience sexual harassment or assault. Public sexual harassment can seem like an overwhelming problem to solve considering how prevalent it is, in DC especially.

Collective Action for Safe Spaces is an organization that works relentlessly toward this very goal: building a community free from public sexual harassment and assault.

One of CASS' new programs is Safe Bars. Safe Bars empowers staff at bars & clubs to recognize and respond to incidents of sexual harassment and assault among staff and patrons. Let's help CASS raise funds to bring Safe Bars to the District of Columbia.
