Sandwich shop Jetties opened recently at 801 8th St NW. Jetties has a pretty simple menu full of hot & cold sandwiches and lots of salads. Nothing vegan at first glance, but you could possibly work with one of the salads, modified. This is the spot formerly leased by 1791 DC Deli, which I grew to love over the years. Good luck Jetties!
