The "disturbance" closed Connecticut from L St NW up to M St (near Lucky Bar). Parts of M St and 18th St south of Connecticut were closed as well. I waited around for a while (for the 42 northbound bus), but no action. More police cars and fire trucks, but no official word. Probably a gumball machine.
