The pictured Circulator bus passed me on a walk down Mount Pleasant Street, at about 8:00pm. It was empty, but running the much discussed new route through Woodley Park, Adams Morgan, Mt Pleasant, Columbia Heights, U Street, Logan and McPherson Sq. Pretty crucial! Heck of a route there. Three buses passed me, with one going traveling the opposite direction, towards Woodley. Still trying to figure out how this bus can benefit me. A slightly faster way to Woodley Park seems to be it. How will you use it?
Props to DC for footing the bill for this route and another new Circulator route, replacing the N22 bus (Union Station to Navy Yard).

I used it yesterday to get from work downtown near McPherson Square up to Columbia Heights... unfortunately there was some unusually insane traffic at Thomas Circle, but it seemed like on a regular day it would have be a very quick ride, since it only makes two stops in between.
I took it this morning from Columbia Heights to K Street and it was Fantastic! I saved about 10 minutes on my usual trip down 14th Street and it will likely save even more time once the bus driver doesn't have to explain the route/lack of stops to every passenger trying to get on.
Living in Columbia Heights, it can be a pain getting to Woodley Park - a nice walk, but in the winter and when I don't feel up for the hike, this will be awesome. (The former options were: 1. Take yellow/green line metro down to Gallery Place and transfer onto the red... very illogical to have to go down into the city and then back up, and 2. Take a H-line bus to Porter & Quebec which is basically the Cleveland Park Metro and then transfer onto a L-line bus, or just plan on walking down).
I'm very glad they have a stop at 16th Street in Columbia Heights and happy to know that there are increasingly more options for mass-bus transit in DC!
i've used it for getting to and from p street whole foods a few times.
i've also used it as an eaiser and cheaper way to get home after a night on the town on u treet.
